Windsor Castle, in its regal splendor, proved to be an extraordinary destination. The spectacle of the changing of the guards, alongside the castle's majestic turrets and formidable ramparts, offered an immediate immersion into the grandeur and ceremony of royal tradition. From the moment we passed through the main gates, the castle's imposing beauty and historical depth were overwhelming, encapsulating the essence of British heritage.

Our exploration was tinged with a hint of regret as photography was restricted in many of the castle’s most illustrious sections, a reminder of the sanctity and privacy that the royal residence commands. To compensate for this, I plan to incorporate images from the visitor's guide, aiming to convey the visual majesty and significance of these spaces through the lens of officially curated representations.

A poignant highlight of our visit was the opportunity to pay respects to Queen Elizabeth II at her final resting place within the castle grounds.
